How Lacrosse helps Daisy’s wellbeing

In this video, Daisy talks to us about how her experiences of playing lacrosse have helped her wellbeing and how physical activity can help everybody. 

Daisy has been extremely successful in lacrosse, even playing at an international level. But what really made us want to talk to Daisy for the Success Project, was the way she describes how involvement in the sport has helped her to progress in other areas of her life. Lacrosse makes Daisy feel good, which then gives her confidence when facing difficult situations.
