#BeeWell Leads will be contacted in the first weeks of September to provide all the information you need to deliver the survey. Resources to support you are as follows:
These two resource packs contain slides for introducing the survey to your pupils, a staff support pack, a distress protocol and an info poster on support services for young people.
Please guide your pupils to access the survey through tinyurl.com/beewell2023/.
Parent/carer opt-out forms
If your school has not sent out parent/carer forms for Year 10s, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Parent/carers need to have at least 2 weeks notice to opt-out their child and so we will provide you with up to date forms that allow enough time for any opt-outs to be sent back by parent/carers.
If you work at an alternative provision or pupil referral unit…
You will be contacted by a member of the #BeeWell team at the start of the Autumn term, to arrange a timeline for survey delivery that works for you and your pupils. This will include completing a data sharing agreement (if not done in previous years) and providing a pupil list for your school, to ensure we have the most up to date pupil data. If you are concerned you haven’t heard from us yet or have any further questions about participating, please get in touch with us via email@example.com.
For any other questions about survey delivery, we would love to hear from you and see how we can best support you to take part. Get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also find recorded webinars on our YouTube channel that go through the technical and logistical requirements of the survey, how to introduce the survey to pupils and #BeeWell in non-mainstream settings. These are all available here: #BeeWell webinars.
