Children at the Table this general election
Ahead of the upcoming general election, #BeeWell is supporting ‘Children at the Table.’ Joining the National Children’s Bureau, Action for Children, Barnardo’s, The Children’s Society, the NSPCC and a host of other organisations calling for the needs of babies, children and young people to be prioritised and their voices heard wherever decisions are made about them.

The Southampton Cultural Education Partnership’s mission is to ensure Southampton’s young people have created a city worthy of their loyalty and pride. In a recent blog, they share local #BeeWell findings on the experiences of young people, and reflect on how the programme’s high quality quantitative data can help their partnership members to listen to young people and act on the results.
Helping schools and students respond to their #BeeWell data
Over the past few weeks, the #BeeWell team in Greater Manchester has been delivering workshops to help young people and school staff decide how best to respond to this year’s data. As a youth-centred programme, feeding school data back to pupils is an essential part of #BeeWell, putting young people at the heart of decision-making.

#BeeWell wins ‘Making a Difference’ award!
We are thrilled that #BeeWell won an emerging impact award for ‘outstanding benefit to society through research’ at the Making a Difference Awards 2024! The Awards are hosted by The University of Manchester to recognise the outstanding achievements of staff, students, alumni and external partners.
