Natalie started her career as an English teacher, before gaining wide local government experience in a variety of roles across children’s and adults’ services. Prior to joining Hampshire County Council in 2023, she was transformation programme manager in an acute NHS trust. She is passionate about improving the wellbeing and mental health of young people and in advocating for their voices and experiences to inform policy and service development.
